HENDLEY, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of the armed robbery of a pawn shop contrary to § 40A-16-2, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6, 1972, Supp. 1973). He appeals alleging two points for reversal: (1) that certain testimony of eyewitness identification should have been suppressed; and (2) that it was reversible error to admit into evidence the out-of-court statements of one Derill Gleim.
