DITTER, District Judge.

Defendant, Frank Troback, was convicted by a jury of knowingly causing stolen securities to be transported in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U. S.C. § 2314. Since he admittedly caused the securities to move interstate, and since he admitted they had been stolen, the only issue at trial was his guilty knowledge.
