Petitioner, an inmate of Oregon State Penitentiary, on May 14, 1975 was granted a parole without a release date being set because it was conditional upon, among other things, his obtaining employment. Thereafter, a parole release officer twice took him, in custody, into the Salem area, helping him seek the job he needed to fulfill the mentioned condition for release.
