The plaintiff, Keith B. Redd, has been engaged in the business of marketing gasoline and other petroleum products in Utah and Arizona, doing business as Abajo Petroleum. As to defendant Shell, he operated as a "jobber," that is one who resells at wholesale petroleum products purchased from Shell to service stations and other commercial accounts.
