Wayne Strader, an inmate at State Road Camp # 12, Charlottesville, Virginia, has filed this pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner challenges both the fact of his confinement and the conditions of confinement at Danville City Prison Farm, where he was previously interred.
