The trial resulted from a complaint authorized by the Attorney General of the United States at the request of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to reduce certain alleged tax liabilities to judgment, to set aside an allegedly fraudulent conveyance against certain real property and to foreclose the Government's liens against said real property...
