WINTER, Circuit Judge:

Thomas James Price appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict for defendant Glosson Motor Lines, Inc. (Glosson), in a personal injury action instituted by Price arising out of a collision between two vehicles. He asserts that (1) since Glosson was negligent as a matter of law in causing the collision, the district court erred in submitting to the jury the question of Glosson's negligence, and (2) the court committed reversible error...
