The matter presently before the court is plaintiffs' motion for sanction pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 4019 for failure of defendant, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA") to file answers to portions of interrogatories 8(c) and (d) and interrogatory 91 propounded by plaintiffs, namely:

"8. State the names and address of all persons inspecting and/or repairing the escalator...
