This action involves the right to the use of certain waters flowing in Cow Gulch and in Asher Canyon in Cassia County. Kimes Spring arises in Cow Gulch which runs generally in a northwesterly direction and is tributary to Marsh Creek. Powell Spring rises in Asher Canyon which also runs northwesterly, almost parallel to Cow Gulch.
