CONNOR, Justice.

This case brings up for review several questions about the procedures employed, and the rights of tenured teachers, in nonretention proceedings. W. Burton Lum and Helen Lum were both tenured teachers with the Matanuska-Susitna School District. In March of 1972, they both received notices of nonretention advising them that they would not be retained as teachers for the 1972-73 school year.
