Respondent determined a deficiency of $1,535,095.73 in the Federal estate tax of the Estate of Elizabeth Schulz Rabe. After concessions by the parties, the issues remaining for our decision are (1) the value on July 11, 1967, of 470.5 acres of land located at Lake Tahoe, Douglas County, Nevada; (2) the value on July 11, 1967, of a one acre portion of this property which the decedent gave to St. Gall...
