The undisputed facts in this matter are, that prior to June 4, 1971, Bill Ingram (Ingram) was indebted to The Liberty National Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City (Liberty National); that on June 4, 1971, Ingram filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, listing Liberty National as one of his creditors, and was duly discharged in bankruptcy; that subsequent to such discharge Liberty National became indebted...
