FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

ALLEN, District Judge.

This action is submitted to the Court for a decision following a court trial on September 25, 1975, on the merits. It was brought pursuant to 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and specifically under 29 U.S.C. § 216(b). Jurisdiction is conferred on the Court by 28 U.S.C. § 1337 and 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
