This case is before the Court upon application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order issued against Bostik on April 2, 1974. The Board found that Bostik had violated Sections 8(a)(5) and (1) of the Act by refusing to bargain with the Union, which had been certified as the exclusive bargaining representative of Bostik's employees.
