HOGAN, Judge.

Plaintiffs, judgment creditors of defendant Ralph Holland, Jr. (Ralph), brought this action to set aside a conveyance of real property by Ralph and his wife to defendant Ralph Holland, Sr. (Mr. Holland), as being in fraud of creditors. The trial court found the conveyance fraudulent within the meaning of § 428.020,1 and ordered it set aside. Defendants appeal.
