The appellant, James Lloyd Oliver, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried before a jury and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County of the crime of Selling a Magazine Which Depicted Persons Engaged in Sexual Intercourse and Unnatural Copulation.
