KELLY, Judge.
John Kent Graham appeals from a conviction of rape of a female child under the age of sixteen years in violation of § 559.260 RSMo 1969, and a sentence to a term of two years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections in accord with a jury verdict in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County.
