QUILLIAN, Judge.
Appellant/defendant was charged with the murder of his brother-in-law. The jury returned a verdict of guilty of voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to the custody of the Youthful Offender Division of the State Board of Corrections "for a term not to exceed six (6) years."
