This is an appeal from an award of compensation by the Industrial Accident Board [hereinafter "Board"].

Claimant, Billy B. Clark, suffered a compensable back injury in 1966. He received total disability compensation from 1966 to 1971. In 1973, claimant suffered a recurrence of total disability and compensation was reinstituted. In March, 1973, claimant underwent a cordotomy, a partial cutting of the spinal cord, in order to relieve...
