This is an appeal by Hoyt Rounsaville and his wife from a circuit court judgment for damages to the Rounsaville land following condemnation by the appellee Arkansas State Highway Commission in connection with the acquisition of right-of-way for Interstate 540 in Van Buren, Crawford County, Arkansas.
