Plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief1 against the operation of R. 1:24-2 of the New Jersey Court Rules, 1969, as amended, insofar as paragraph (c) of that Rule prevents him, and those persons similarly situated2, from sitting for the bar examination of the State of New Jersey.3
