Petitioners seek review of the decision of the Illinois Pollution Control Board (Board) which found them in violation of section 9(a) of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 111 1/2, § 1009(a)). An order was entered on May 10, 1973, fining petitioners $3000 as a penalty for the violation and, on May 31, 1973, a supplemental order was filed directing...
