Our original jurisdiction has been invoked under the provisions of Vernon's Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 1824a (Supp. 1974-1975), after Relator was found in contempt of court for refusing to answer certain questions propounded to him in a hearing involving children mentioned in an earlier divorce decree.
