Petitioner was found guilty by a jury verdict on August 3, 1973 of bank robbery in which the life of an employee was put in jeopardy by the use of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). Petitioner was sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General for a period of twenty-five years pursuant to said conviction.
