This is a will contest. Francisca Ledezma died on April 20, 1974. Thereafter, Ramon Ledezma, her son and only heir, filed application for letters of administration. Subsequently, Margarito Soto, the principal beneficiary, offered the purported will of the decedent for probate. The son was not a beneficiary of the purported will.
