The First National Bank of Weatherford, Texas, brought an action to recover a deficiency judgment on three promissory notes alleged to have been executed by Weatherford Equipment Company, a partnership, and its partners, Leon Christian, Earl Ellis, C. W. Webb and Calvin Reynolds. Some of the notes made the basis for the suit were secured by a lien on personal property, pledged surrender value of life insurance policies, or by accounts...
