Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered for defendant Bryson Enterprises, Inc., a/k/a Sirloin Stockade, in a slip and fall case. We affirm. By agreement of the parties at trial plaintiff withdrew his claims against the individual defendants, Harlan Bryson, Patsy Bryson and Robert Roley, and they are not involved in this appeal.

This case arose from an accident which occurred on January 3, 1973...
