These are petitions for writs of habeas corpus by inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution at Oxford, Wisconsin, in this district. In each proceeding, the respondent or respondents have opposed the petition on the ground, among others, that the petitioner has failed to exhaust his administrative remedies.
