Plaintiffs are five Louisiana fishermen who seek declaratory and injunctive relief, on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, against the enforcement of LSA-R.S. 56:499 (1975 Supp.) on the ground that it is unconstitutionally vague in its description of the kind and size of shrimp nets allowed in Louisiana waters.
