BROWNING, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Davis brought suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,1 charging that appellee had discharged him because of his religion. The district court entered summary judgment against appellant, apparently on the ground that the complaints he had filed with the Arizona Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission...
