On June 3, 1974, the plaintiff, Johnnie Tasby, filed suit against the defendant, William L. Peek, seeking $100,000 actual damages, $300,000 punitive damages and for reasonable attorneys fees and costs.

The Complaint was filed by Johnnie Tasby personally. He paid the $15.00 filing fee. He listed no licensed, enrolled or qualified attorney as being of counsel and no one has signed the pleading as an attorney...
