This is an employment discrimination case brought under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and under 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Defendant moves to dismiss as to § 1981 on the grounds that the applicable statute of limitations has run.
