This is a suit by plaintiff-appellant, Enterprises and Contracting Company, to collect a judgment rendered in its favor and against defendant-appellee, Plicoflex, Inc., by the Beirut Commercial Court of the First Instance in the State of Lebanon. Plicoflex answered that the Beirut Court did not have personal jurisdiction over it and that it had a valid defense to the claims of plaintiff.
