The appellant was brought to trial on a charge of embezzlement under 18 U.S.C. § 656 four years after his original arrest. After trial commenced, appellant charged that two of the jurors were having difficulty comprehending English. A motion for mistrial was granted on this ground and because the judge held some shares in the bank which had employed appellant and from which he was alleged to have embezzled.
