PER CURIAM:

Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of her wrongful-death action against the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act. At the time of the challenged ruling, contributory negligence was a complete bar to tort recovery in California, and hence a bar under the Federal Tort Claims Act. In light of the recent California Supreme Court decision in Nga Li v. Yellow Cab Co.,
