OPINION

ROBERTS, Judge.

The conviction was for the offense of murder with malice; punishment was assessed by the jury at confinement in the penitentiary for life.

Although the sufficiency of the evidence has not been challenged, the nature of appellant's complaint makes it obligatory that a protracted discussion of the facts be made.
