HENRY, Justice.

The only issue presented on this appeal in a medical malpractice action is the right of the plaintiffs to amend their complaint.

I.

Suit was instituted in the Circuit Court at Memphis, on 31 May, 1973, against the Baptist Hospital and three physicians. In the first count of the complaint, plaintiffs allege the admittance of Mrs. Janice Karash to the hospital, and the uneventful performance of a hysterectomy followed...
