PER CURIAM:

Basil Miller, defendant-appellant, was charged with conspiracy to import cocaine and with importation of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 963. He raises three issues on appeal.

First, he contends that the district court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal based on the alleged insufficiency of the evidence against him. The evidence, of course, must be viewed in the light most favorable to the government...
