BISSETT, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment that cancelled the certificate of title to an automobile previously issued to one person, and ordered the issuance of a certificate of title to the same vehicle to another person. Ricardo Renteria instituted suit to require the Motor Vehicle Division of the Texas Highway Department to issue a certificate of title to the automobile to him. Robert A.
