This is an action for wrongful death brought by Mr. and Mrs. Truman Johnson for the death of their son Ken Johnson which occurred on October 30, 1972 as the result of a single car accident. The accident occurred in the City of Berry Hill, Tennessee, a municipal corporation. Named as defendants in the action are the City of Berry Hill together with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville...
