This is an appeal from an order of the Secretary of Transportation suspending defendant's operator's license for a period of 105 days. On February 8, 1973, defendant was convicted of driving 19 miles per hour over the posted speed limit, in violation of section 1002(b)(6) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended, 75 PS §1002(b)(6).
