This is a workmen's compensation case. The employee, George Hughes, was found to have a thirty-five per cent permanent partial disability to the body as a whole as the result of "strains and sprains of his neck and lower back and other injuries" sustained in the course and scope of his employment by Hi-Lo Industries. The appellant, Security Insurance Company, Inc., the workmen's compensation insurance carrier for Hi-Lo Industries...
