DAUGHERTY, District Judge.

This products liability action arises from the crash of a Martin 404 aircraft on October 2, 1970 near Silver Plume, Colorado. Plaintiffs herein were either injured in said crash or bring actions on behalf of persons killed therein. Joined as Defendants in the instant case are Martin-Marietta Corporation (Martin-Marietta) which manufactured the aircraft which crashed and Ozark Airlines, Inc. (Ozark) which had owned the aircraft...
