Appellant, Phillip Edward Hambrick, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted, in the District Court, Okmulgee County, Case No. CRF-74-101, for the offense of Burglary, Second Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony (21 O.S. § 1435).
