Defendant Thomas T. Tuck has appealed from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County) ordering specific performance by defendant of a written contract in which defendant had agreed to sell particular real estate to the plaintiffs George Morton, Jr. and Marion L. Morton.
