Appellant, Carl A. Tangner, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the Municipal Court of Record, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Case No. A-27276, for the offense of Driving Under the Influence, in violation of Oklahoma City Municipal Ordinance No. 3478.
