YEAGLEY, Associate Judge:

Appellant was convicted in a nonjury trial of unlawful entry a violation of D.C. Code 1973, § 22-3102. This appeal followed.

Between the months of January and March, 1974, appellant was seen by the chief of security at the Statler Hilton Hotel on approximately five occasions.
