The Board of Savings & Loan Associations, a state administrative tribunal, ordered that North Mississippi (an existing association) be authorized to establish and operate a savings and loan branch office in Grenada, Mississippi. North Mississippi's petition to be so authorized was protested by several objectors, the appellees herein.
