ON MOTION TO CORRECT JUDGMENT

INZER, Justice.

The final judgment of $60,000 entered in this case was entered as the result of a remittitur of $25,000 agreed to by appellee-landowner. The judgment provided for interest at the rate of six percent per annum from the date of the judgment in the trial court and for five percent statutory damages.
