The Housing Authority of the City of Lafayette instituted this suit to recover the amount owed on a paving lien affecting property in that city which it purchased from Oakbourne Investments, Inc. The defendants are Oakbourne, Oliver J. LeBlanc (Clerk of Court for Lafayette Parish in 1968), and the latter's insurer, Mid-Continent Underwriters, Inc. LeBlanc and Mid-Continent filed a third party action against Oakbourne and Investors Development Corporation...
